    I am Rev. Shelley R. Reed, MAAT, I operate "CHERISH CEREMONIES", an Ecuminical (non-denominational) wedding ministry. I serve as a year-round professional wedding Officiant in the Portland, Oregon area. I am an Ordained Minister (ULC) and a Master of Applied Theology (Marylhurst University). I have years of religious training and real experience in performing the marriage ceremonies of many faiths, cultures, and denominations.
 
   I enjoy working with couples to customize their marriage ceremony to reflect their faith paths, style, and personal taste. I love writing custom liturgy (ceremonies) for Interfaith couples as well as those who are, "Spiritual but not religious". I Officiate for couples wishing to have a civil/secular ceremony without any "God language". 
 
   I love to garden and specialize in outdoor,backyard, and in-home weddings. Being located in Oregon City...not far from Portland, Oregon... I love alternative couples and unusual ceremony requests! I am not a weekend or seasonal wedding Officiant. I work performing vows for couples year-round. I will be there for you next week or next year to answer questions and assist you in your transition into married life!
